EIRIS Field · for your polling-unit agents

The app your agents carry.

Every agent checks in at their polling unit, reports trouble with photo and video, and sends the EC8A as signed. It works without data, on the Android phones your agents already own.

Election day

Six things your agent does. All from one phone.

  • Real screens from the EIRIS Field app
  • Each one shows what your Situation Room receives

01 / 06

They arrive. You know.

Your agent taps Check in. The phone confirms they are at their polling unit, by GPS, and your Situation Room sees them arrive.

  • Distance from the polling unit, in metres
  • A live count of agents on site, ward by ward
EIRIS Field home screen: the agent taps Check in, the phone finds GPS within 42 metres of the polling unit, and the check-in is confirmed. The Situation Room sees the agent arrive.

02 / 06

Trouble at the unit, with proof.

BVAS failures, late materials, agents denied access, violence. Your agent picks what happened, adds a photo or video, and sends it with the location.

  • Photos and video kept as captured
  • Escalates until someone on your team acts
EIRIS Field report screen: the agent reports a BVAS malfunction as High severity, adds a photo and a 12-second video, and sends it. The Situation Room receives the incident with a response clock.

03 / 06

The EC8A, photographed where it was signed.

Your agent photographs the result sheet and types the figures. The app checks they add up before anything is sent.

  • Photo, figures, time and GPS travel together
  • Simple checks on the phone catch typing slips
EIRIS Field result screen: the agent photographs the Governorship EC8A, types the figures for each party, the app confirms they add up, and the result is saved offline with the photo.

04 / 06

No network? Nothing is lost.

Everything is saved on the phone first. When the signal returns, it sends on its own. An item only shows Submitted once your server has it.

  • Works with no data at all
  • Keeps the time each report was captured
EIRIS Field outbox: three reports saved offline while there was no data. When the network returns they send one by one, and each shows Submitted only after the server confirms.

05 / 06

One button when an agent is in danger.

Hold SOS for three seconds. The agent's location goes straight to their ward coordinator and your Situation Room.

  • Hold to send, so it never fires by accident
  • Location attached automatically
EIRIS Field SOS: the agent presses and holds the SOS button for three seconds. Their location goes to the ward coordinator and the Situation Room.

06 / 06

One message reaches every agent.

Send instructions to all your agents, one ward or one LGA. See who received it, who read it and who acknowledged it.

  • Read and acknowledged, agent by agent
  • Follow up on anyone who has not read it
EIRIS Field messages: a broadcast from the Situation Room arrives as a notification. The agent reads it and taps Acknowledge. The Situation Room sees how many agents received, read and acknowledged it.
Agents you can count on

Thousands of agents. One screen.

You pay and deploy every agent. EIRIS shows who arrived, who checked in by GPS, who went silent and who sent their result, ward by ward. When a ward goes quiet, you know which phones to call.

Situation Room · Agents
Situation Room agents view: 516 deployed, 489 checked in, 312 results sent, 14 silent for 45 minutes or more. Kangere ward has 8 silent agents; the team calls them and sends one message to all eight.
  • Arrived

GPS check-in shows each agent at their polling unit, with the distance in metres.

  • Gone quiet

Agents who stop reporting are flagged after the window you set, with their last location.

  • Reached

Message every agent, one ward or a single polling unit, and see who has read it.

Works where the network doesn't

No network? Your agents keep reporting.

Many polling units have weak signal or none at all. EIRIS Field doesn't wait for it. Reports are saved on the phone the moment they are made, and arrive with their original time and place as soon as the phone finds a network.
